European Cooperation & Mobility

Focus & Rationale
International cooperation and mobility refer to the building of relationships, partnerships, and exchange opportunities across national and cultural borders. This includes collaborative projects, knowledge-sharing platforms, study visits, internships, and cultural exchanges that bring people and organizations together to work on shared challenges. Mobility is not just about travel – it's about expanding perspectives, fostering mutual understanding, and building transnational solidarity.

Challenges & Relevance
The challenges we face today – from climate change to democratic backsliding, forced migration, and inequality – are global in nature and cannot be addressed in isolation. International cooperation allows civil society actors, educators, artists, and communities to learn from one another, avoid duplication, and build stronger, more innovative responses. Mobility, especially for youth and underrepresented groups, creates life-changing opportunities for growth, confidence, and intercultural competence. It breaks down stereotypes, builds empathy, and encourages long-term collaboration across borders.

Our Approach
BRIC actively coordinates and participates in international projects and exchange programs that promote dialogue, peer learning, and cooperation. We work with partners across Europe and neighboring regions on topics such as civic engagement, education, inclusion, and peacebuilding.
Our activities include organizing international trainings, study visits, cross-border youth exchanges, and joint project development. We also support participants before, during, and after mobility experiences to ensure meaningful engagement and long-term impact. By creating accessible, inclusive, and well-structured opportunities, we aim to make international cooperation a lived and transformative experience for all involved.
